{% comment %}native browser datetime picker. Two mismatches with how
FieldDatetime stores the value ('YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss'):
- the input's wire format wants a 'T' separator, so the value is rebuilt by
slicing (Django has no 'replace' filter); the {% if %} guard keeps an
empty value from rendering a bare "T", which the widget would reject.
- step="1" exposes the seconds box; with the default step=60 the browser
hides it and POSTs 'YYYY-MM-DDThh:mm'. FieldDatetime accepts that too
(ACCEPTED_FORMATS), seconds defaulting to 00.{% endcomment %}
